Free shipping?
Currently, we offer FREE shipping to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you need delivery to a different destination, please feel free to contact our customer support at customer-team@xinplaza.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I make changes or cancel an order I just placed?
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel orders after they have been placed and sent to our fulfillment center. We recommend following our return process, send your order details and request to customer-team@xinplaza.com. we’ll provide you with the return and exchange instructions.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
It depends on the situation:
- If your order still unfulfilled, you can email your order details and the corrected address to customer-team@xinplaza.com, and we’ll update it promptly.
- If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to modify the address. However, once the package fails to deliver and is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it to your new address. This process may take some time, but it’s possible.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product. Please note that returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition. We will process your refund or ship out the new product within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. You may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please note that for health and safety reasons, intimate items like underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened unless there is a quality issue. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers.
